“I'm a full-time working mom of 3 young children and a wife to a small business owner and I've also taken on the role (by necessity) of managing the finances of that small business. I've been doing very basic work in quickbooks since the beginning of our business just over 3 years ago, but have never really felt confident that I was doing it right or was using the program most efficiently. Well, this year was the first year that we actually made a profit to really speak of and I knew I needed help to learn how to really use the program effectively and be sure that my books were really in order. Google led me to Leann and she was simply amazing! Like, seriously, amazing! We scheduled a 2 hour session for me to learn about quickbooks, but instead we uncovered a colossal amount of work that needed to be done to clean-up my books, reconcile accounts, etc. I wasn't really ready to learn more about quickbooks because things were such a mess and needed to be fixed first. So, 2 hours quickly turned into 4 hours (on a Saturday no less) and Leann patiently walked me through fixing enough so that I could then go home with homework to fix the rest. I am not a bookkeeper by any stretch and none of this comes easy for me. She answered my repetitive questions, was so patient and compassionate with my stress and tears during those 4 hours, insisted on giving me a discount, and left me with an invitation to reach out to her for help anytime. Of course, getting home and doing what she had showed me was easier said then done and I've continued to have a lot of questions. 3 weeks later and she is still promptly responding to every question that I have! She has gone so far above and beyond that I truly don't feel like I can even write a review that would do her justice. I am so grateful to have found her and have now finally gotten my books cleaned up (I think). My next step is to schedule another session with Leann to review everything with me and really learn how to keep things going in the right direction. If she can give this kind of time and attention to one tiny little company who's not even technically a client, I can only imagine what it would be like to really be one of her clients. Leann is HIGHLY recommended by me!”
