The exceptional part is that I called them up two years later because I had a question about my warranty. My call was quickly answered by a real human who was knowledgeable about the dealership staff. I only had vague details about who had sold me my car- she said it would either be Tom or Don. Don was able to confirm that Tom had sold me the car but he was more than happy to help out with finding and explaining my coverage as Tom was out of office at the moment- it was fantastic of Don to help out and be incredibly cordial with someone who never was and most likely will be a customer given I live far out of state. 10/10 culture and management- I am happy to have bought my car here."
