"Every time I’ve visited there the staff is courteous and professional. In particular Jan is a gem. She knows exactly what to do and is very quick. Returning some gifts today I expected at least 10-15 minutes but I think I was in and out in 90 seconds thanks to Jan."
"That was the most unpleasant experience I've had. Since the new owner bought this store the cashier (Markie) was unprofessional and rude.. The sizing is obviously messed up on the computer so when she printed off a return label. It printed off onto 2 sheets which has never happened before, so she said she couldnt use it I know that the size has been changed on the computer because I've done business here before with no issues Many Many times but she said it was my fault for sending it wrong, then charged me for four prints on one label. Once I was out in the parking lot. Other customers approached me, said she was very rude to them as well. They volunteered the information to me. Not sure if she was just taking anger from personal life out on customers or if this is just her normal behavior. I've never seen her in there before"
