"I suggested to my son that he use this law firm. What a mistake. Two years and 4-5 phone conversations, a denial for SSDI. I feel bad because I got involved way too late. They wouldn’t return calls, I don’t think the reviewed medical records that completely contradicted themselves. I personally spoke with the attorney handling the case and was told that they would send the records to my son so his wife and myself could review them to see if there were any problems since both of us are NP’s. He received them 3 weeks later only after I called three times. when finally a receptionist said the case worker was busy she had 500 cases. I told her I cared about my son’s case. She ne thumb drive and. I realized after that conversation that it was only a numbers game with them, just file and appeal, appeal, appeal and maybe they would win. No effort put in to the case it seems. The last appeal must have been as soon as ie was denied ( they have 60 days) Needless to say we had no input because of their just hearing each case through to win something. I will and would not ever recommend this law firm again. I referred three people total and all have been treated the same way. I even tried to call the manager that handles complaints and he never returned his calls either (twice). Don’t use them. I will be filing a complaint with social security as well.
