"I been with JH for years this was the worse I was forced to talk to an Attorney because I was getting the runaround from JH IRS and OPM confirmed 1040 was done wrong and amendment need to be done if not there will be problems for me 410 Jordan Lane Huntsville Alabama is hostile and very unprofessional This office have slammed the phone down on me several times I need an amendment I do not want to go to this office because of fear. Refuse to open their office in Walmart that is a cubical where I feel safer. The IRS gave me 3 publications to prove my 1040 was done wrong I am force to go to the office on Jordan Lane to get the amendment to correct what JH did wrong"
