"Office has gone downhill. Office staff does not have care for the patients. They are trying to say HIPPA laws, when you sign consent forms for this reason. They want you to come every week to look at your child when she can’t figure out what’s wrong nor will she refer you to a specialist. Bedside manner is horrible!! Office staff is very rude."

"My children have been going here for years. When my daughter turned of age, I tried everything I could to ask them to please keep seeing her. My son still is a patient there. I love the front office staff and I absolutely love Dr Bedri, the entire staff is awesome. Thanks to these group of ladies."

"Very unprofessional experience, on top of the long wait times! I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone after today’s visit. They’re always trying to force you to reschedule only after arriving there not knowing what it took to get there in the first place. I’ve been bringing my firstborn here since he was 2 days old, he’s almost 9 years old. Each visit the level of professionalism from the office staff/receptionist gets worst and worst! It’s awful considering they’re the first face of interaction and a representation of the office. The doctors are awesome, I love Brandy and Dr. Bedri. These awesome doctors deserve a better staff to represent them. All the bad experiences at this practice gave me no choice but to try as hard as possible to keep my kids well, I don’t want to go there unless we truly have to. I do not recommend!"

"BEWARE!!! This staff is so unprofessional. I took off work to bring my daughter to her appointment. They call us to the back to a room and when the doctor came in she had a attitude and slick talking because my daughter had her shots done at another facility instead of theirs. I have never experienced anything like this. So unprofessional The doctor told me that she couldn’t help us with a smart mouth like she had a grudge. She said since you went there go back there. I was in total shock. The room wasn’t cleaned and I highly recommend you to stay away. Even the doctor uniform wasn’t clean. This place is horrible and I have never been treated like this."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! My daughter has been going here ever since she was born… she is 8 now. I have been in the hospital due to an infection that almost killed me and I missed an appointment! Got a letter in the mail saying that they will terminate me from coming there! I called and told the lady what I received and to take her off that I was finding her somewhere else to go and the lady… if that’s what you’d like to call her.. I have a better word! Was so rude! Do not recommend! It’s gone downhill and I noticed last couple of visits the rooms were becoming filthy!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"
