"Never have time for walk ins but they will tell you over the phone that they do. Also they will quote you a cost and then turn around and tell you it's now gonna cost 2times the original estimate. I have had this happen twice with h&r block as well as it has happened with multiple people I know. I wish I could give this a zero star review. DO NOT USE H&R BLOCK, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE, they over charge at there quoted coat already."
