"Went there once to get my Xbox one repair there that was almost 2 yrs ago Still running strong. And not to mention that great customer service. "On Dec 16th, we took our PS4 to be repaired. It would read movies but not games. Today it lacks 1 week from being 3 months that they have had it. We have inquired several times about it and continue to get nothing but excuses, ie employee issues, them waiting on part, oops I broke the power cord. I understand that things take time, but 3 months? Every time we were told we would get an update, the call never came. We reached out 10 days ago and was told the part came in that morning and would only take a few days for the repair. Still no call. After repeatedly trying to be fair and patient, I'm writing this review. I have no hopes in receiving my unit back, and am so disappointed on how this company conducts business. After replacing parts that did nothing to fix the issues at handhand, ie replacing the motherboard, I doubt their integrity to not bill me for issues that weren't even a problem. I won't be using this company again. As I've seen in other 1 star reviews here, I'm sure the owner will give several excuses as to why this or that happened and even try to put the blame elsewhere. IDC what is said, there are no excuses for how poorly this company has treated us."
"The staff is friendly, and provide excellent quality service. Brought my laptop in to be check out and expected to leave it with them. Upon examining it, they figured out the problem and was able to get it fixed in less than 30 minutes. After being repaired, I was given detailed explanation of problem as well as steps I can take to help keep my laptop running smoothly. I recommend them to anyone who wants both excellence quality and customer service at an affordable price."
