"I personally have not visited this office but I did called to schedule an appointment and they advised me they were not accepting new patients at the time. Very understandable. The office staff referred me to another place and I was able to get my son's toothache resolved. I appreciate them going out of their way to help me find a dentist that is accepting new patients for my child."

"If you feel uncomfortable with your child going back alone, don’t just trust that they are in good hands. I told two separate staff members before the appointment that my daughter had not done well with laughing gas in a past experience, AND that her brother doesn’t do well with it. I said she wanted to try again, but they may have to stop the laughing gas if it makes her irritable/upset. The front desk AND the hygienist. They tried the laughing gas again, apparently didn’t tell the dentist that I said it may make her irritable, and then didn’t stop the gas OR come get me to be with her even though I told the hygienist that I wasn’t comfortable with her going back alone. I got brushed off and told she is a big kid and she can do it, they’ll come get me if she needs me. I had to ask for an update from the front desk where they told me she got upset and the dentist left to let her calm down a bit; I told the receptionist again maybe the laughing gas is a problem and that she also had some sensory things with how things feel in her mouth. She went back to tell them that, then came back in and said the dentist “nicked her lip with the filing tool.” I thought that meant a small puncture. I asked if she was ok and did she need me, could I go back? The receptionist said she was all calmed down but they’d get me if she asked for me. A few minutes later the hygienist comes to get me and when I walk in my 6 year old is covering her mouth yelling “NO I said you can’t touch me STOP” with the gas mask still on, laid straight back, and when she uncovered her mouth to talk to me I almost cried. I was shocked that this happened to her face, and that they had apparently kept pushing her to let them do things she was uncomfortable with. They told me she was telling them it hurt when they drilled teeth but they didn’t think so because she said it hurt even when they weren’t drilling (They gave her no numbing, the laughing gas was the only pain management, I didn’t find that out until after). I had to hold my composure to get her out of there so we didn’t prolong this experience so I took the mask off, sat her up, calmed her down, and let him finish filing the fillings down, but I was panicking inside. Another mother who was back with her toddler later told me that she could hear my daughter screaming in the exam room but they shut the door and she thought it was because they had gotten me to come back and calm her, NOPE, it was apparently when they had cut her face and didn’t tell me until after I asked. Side note: they told me the cut happened because they said don’t move and she shut her mouth. After the appointment my daughter said she only closed her mouth because she had water in her throat and couldn’t breathe. If this were any person I could’ve legally pressed charges on, I would have. I looked into it. She was denied comfort from her mother, denied bodily autonomy apparently because she was freaking out saying I said don’t touch me when I walked in, and she didn’t even receive numbing and they didn’t believe her when she said it hurt. He did call to check on her afterwards but the idea that I wouldn’t have ever been called back to comfort her or be with her if she hadn’t refused to let them touch her any more is terrifying. I questioned if they do this to other children who are upset and just don’t get found out because they don’t accidentally injure children like this. If I could go back in time I wouldn’t have even brought her in. I can’t though, and for now she has a scar that I am hoping will eventually heal, and she is scared of having to go back to a dentist ever again which was not the case before we moved here. If they would’ve just listened to me about the laughing gas and sat her up some so water wasn’t making her feel like she was choking I am sure the cut wouldn’t have happened, but the cut is just part of the reason I am so upset with this situation. I will say: my 10 year old son had a GREAT experience with the orthodontic side of the office."

"I have 3 kids including a daughter who is very anxious about dental work. I can’t brag enough about Dr. Drew. He talked her through the whole process, empathized, and was just so kind. He looked at the whole picture when making a decision on treatment and discussed options with me openly and honestly. He built so much trust with my daughter that the day after 2 extractions she said it wasn’t that bad and she’s not afraid anymore. We were treated so well by everyone from the front desk to the dental assistants. Great team of professionals!"

"This is the best Orthodontist team I've ever had, and I have had several.They are gentle when they do adjustments, and I appreciate the time they put in to make it more comfortable. Recently Dr. Frank and all of the staff across BOTH offices really helped me out. I had a medical dental emergency and the team helped coordinate with my dentist office on the emergency line after I had failed to reach my dentist during their own business hours. Dr. Frank didn't even have an appointment available and still saw me immediately and helped me out at his own loss because he stayed late at work to do it. On top of all of that, the issue wasn't even caused by my braces. They probably could have turned me away to the dentist but they didn't, and I am so greatful for that!!! Thank you for pressuring my prior dentist office to see me. It ended up not working out with that dental office...but now I am pain free AND my new dentist can actually do my hygiene appointments more than once a year!"
