"We WERE new patients at this establishment. Upon are first visit I had notice how off putting the front desk lady was. No personality, no greeting patients, very rude tone. I know people have bad days so I ignored it the first time. The second visit the SAME scenario. Sitting in the waiting room as at least 6/7 patients walk in and she doesn’t greet anyone with a hello, good morning, nothing! She is rude and condescending. If you want someone to treat you as your an inconvenience as you show up for your appointment and pay your bill this is the place for you! I will take my family else where, as the front desk should be the fave of a business! Treating their patients with kindness and cheerful! Stone creek dental: I am the mother of three children that were brought to your establishment twice and experienced this rude behavior both times from the same miserable “lady”. I am not a “fake” customer."
