"I spent a week searching for a bake element for my oven. I spent a day calling around to see if anyone carried the piece that I needed and could actually tell me what I needed from a description since my stove is so old all of the manufacturers info has disappeared. I can not remember the very nice man’s name who returned my call, but he told me what I needed, gave me a couple of options as to where I could get it, and spent much longer than he had to assuring me that I wasn’t going to burn my house down when I changed the element out. You just don’t find customer service like that any more, especially when there is nothing in it for the business. Thank you American Appliance for being so kind to me. I now have my oven back and I can get back to baking and doing laundry."
"I called Mr. Louie about our Samsung refrigerator not working. He asked me several questions then he said before you pay me for a service call try what I tell you and wait 24 hours to restart it and see if it starts working again. He said if it doesn’t work then I will be there to check it out. The next day after starting the refrigerator it is working correctly. This is a very honest and professional gentleman that doesn’t want to charge you if he can tell you how to fix it yourself. We will use Louie for all our appliance repairs in the future. "My dryer quit heating and I needed it right away. I had called 5 other companies before I found them . He was the only one who advertised same day service and kept his word. Everyone else was 3-5 days out. They are such nice people as well and gave GUARANTEED QUALITY work. I mean, not many people do that anymore. BEST APPLIANCE REPAIR EVER!"
