"Absolutely horrible. I went back and forth with them for months to get my child established as a patient. They finally told me they received his records at the end of 2023, had us fill out forms, and referred us to a specialist. We waited a month to see the specialist and once we received the evaluation letter and sent it to Vestavia Pediatrics, they claim my child is not a patient and they do not have their records. They don’t care if your child is struggling and don’t even attempt to solve the issue or figure out how they dropped the ball. Not really sure how a child can be established, records viewed, referred to a specialist, then told they have no records for a child. You don’t have a child’s records one day and not the next. Thanks for being unorganized and completely careless with my child’s care and medical records. Do not go here unless you want to hear excuse after excuse."

"We love this practice and have used them for 9 years, since my oldest was born. Even when we left that area, we still make the drive when the kids need to be seen. Dr. Crum is amazing. She takes her time and answers any questions we have. I see reviews about long wait times. We are typically called back quickly to a room, and while we do have to wait some, I think you have to understand this is a busy office. The staff is constantly going and there's often a constant rotation of patients to be seen. This can also impact callback times for nurses (I've found using the portal is more convenient than waiting on a callback in some scenarios). Other perks: on-call nurse for non-emergency medical questions that can't wait til the following business day, weekend hours, portal access for easy review of visit notes, getting forms/documents, and communicating with the pediatrician. Overall, the good strongly outweighs the negatives and is why we continue to visit this practice."

"My 3 boys enjoy seeing Dr. Stone and do not fear having to go to the doctor. I appreciate that Dr. Stone sits down and talks to my 13 year old during his entire visit.. It empowers my son to communicate his needs/be his own advocate. Dr. Stone never acts rushed and has taken plenty of time to answer questions and provide education to all of us. We have seen other providers there as well when my kids are sick and need to be seen and they have all been great."

"Our one and only visit with a newborn was 2 hours long. Cold receptionist’s inconvenienced by our presence. No escort to the exam room which led to confusion. Then they forgot about us. We didn’t get the doctor we asked for which would usually be fine except the sub didn’t introduce himself to us. Not impressed with the facility either… in severe need of updating. Customer service seemed to be missing from their skill set. Several days later we called to ask a medical question about our baby. Took several hours to get a response. When we finally heard back they started to give us misinformed guidance that would have resulted in a horrible situation due to the wrong age of the baby in their records. Needless to say we are seeking care elsewhere. Huge bummer. Would give no stars if Google would let me."

"Both Dr. Stone and Dr. Hamm have been great with our newborn and two year old. They've taken the time to answer any questions, I don't feel pressured in any particular way, and it's been easy to get in to see someone if we have a concern or urgent need. Overall very happy with our experience and care we've gotten here over the past two years."
