“Josh Riley was one out of three people I hired that came out. The first two I hired actually ended up making my problem worse and then not seeing to the job through til it was complete. Josh was super friendly and professional and very flexible with my schedule. He came out and explained to me what needed to be done and assured me he would get it done and he kept in contact with me throughout the process and was extremely reasonable with pricing. “AC quit cooling at 10 pm on a Friday night. Called Eagle Pro at 11 pm to get on list for next day. Got a call around 9 am saying they would be here by 3 pm but they had a cancellation so they came out and had it fixed by noon. We were so impressed by their professionalism and great service that we signed up for their maintenance package and have since installed a whole house air purifier. Great service and technicians answered all questions we asked. Eagle Pro will be our first call for HVAC concerns from now on. Recommend highly.”
