Food drives events in Demopolis, Alabama

The Demopolis Food Pantry is a community-based organization located at 410 North Main Avenue in Demopolis, Alabama. This food pantry is a collaborative effort of various churches in the city and is operated out of the former Jewish temple, now owned by Trinity Episcopal Church. The Food Pantry provides weekly food distribution on Wednesday mornings from 6:30-8:30 AM, serving approximately 200 people each week. Those in need of assistance must qualify on a yearly basis in September. Food is purchased from the West Alabama Food Bank or received through food drives organized by local churches.
