With his wife Arnetra and their beautiful children—Jayla, Maliah, and Carlos II—Pastor Hill is committed to guiding our church family with love and dedication. Our rich history dates back to 1929 when Sardis Missionary Baptist Church was founded by the late Rev. Edmund Alford in the historic old Bradshaw School. Over the decades, our church has stood as a beacon of hope and faith, overcoming challenges and evolving into the thriving community it is today. Despite trials, including a devastating fire, our congregation's unwavering faith led to the construction of a new, stronger place of worship, completed and dedicated on June 24, 2012.
