Received updates by text throughout process and a call 2 hours earlier than expected that works were finished. Car washed and hoovered and was shown out to the car. I encountered in total 3 members of staff all of whom were pleasant. Professional and knowledgeable. First time using this outlet of arnold clark and was happy with the experience. Nice environment to wait in as well. Got another car to service and will be using them again.”

“Huge thanks to the team at Union Motors. Really came through for me in an hour of need. Whilst down on a short holiday in the area the rear suspension spring broke on my A4. This was on Friday afternoon just after 4pm. We were due to return home to Shetland on the Sunday ferry, which meant trying to source a repair on the Saturday. Calling around a list of garages including main dealer and the garage the car was purchased from the previous year I could not find any that would be open on the Saturday and willing to do the work. When I explained the situation to the team at Union Motors, they sourced the part on the Friday evening and managed to fit me in on the Saturday. The repair was conducted in a quick efficient manner and the cost was very reasonable. Inexpensive part and 1hour labour. This enabled us to safely return home. Huge thanks to them for going above and beyond. So grateful, wish them all the best for the future, highly recommended.”

I was given a time to take the car down (same day) within 5 min of arriving, the car was up on the ramps and the problem identified. £20 later i rolled out with the problem sorted. Ill definitely be back if I need them again.”
