“I’ve just had such an amazing experience designing my new living room and kitchen for my new build house with Eryn at boconcept Aberdeen. Eryn drew up 3d plans with a wonderful design. She was patient and very experienced helping me adapt to my wishes and spent hrs with me in the shop helping me finalise the design on the shop floor. She was curious, very knowledgeable and had an amazing service attitude. I cannot wait for installation day. Bonus: I was able to figure out where radiators sockets etc needed to go.”

“This is president Barack Obama, I went in last week and got served by a staff member by the name of Sophie, was very rude and secret service almost decked her. Was rude to me the whole time and laughed at me when I asked for a paint colour, then tried to find a lamp and she showed me to the lamps but then walked away even though I had questions. Overall I will NOT be going back, staff were rude”

“I headed to the store unsure whether Argos actually stocked/sold what I was looking for. I'd been in the store less than 2 minutes when a very cheerful assistant asked if she could help me-so I explained & she searched the store catalogue computer database. In a few minutes she'd found what I wanted & I purchased it. In the 30 seconds it took me to walk from her customer service desk to the collection point counter, another assistant was at the counter complete with my order. The service was EXREMELY quick and both assistants who served me were very helpful & cheerful.”
