“The best furniture store in the north east. Staff who genuinely care about meeting your needs. Fantastic choice all across the store and some wonderful selections of home furnishings and decor. Huge place with a warehouse to the rear which you can also peruse...not to mention a lovely good sized cafe on site. Excellent store all round.”

“I stayed here whilst attending a conference at P&J Live. I can’t really fault anything. Staff friendly, convenient to get to from the airport, comfortable spacious rooms, plenty of breakfast options, a gym, washing machine / tumble dryer free to use and reasonably price.”

“As ice cream lovers, we visit BR every Thursday for our end of the week treat. Quality ice cream that's available in a whole bunch of flavours, with "Birthday Cake" bring my favourite. Nice staff too.”

“Great looking bar with good food and a huge selection of beers. The bar itself looks like a combination of "modern" urban style bar and traditional oldschool bar (long windows, painted wood). It also has plenty of space and another huge basement room with its own bar. All-in-all, recommended.”

“Waking up to a raging hangover I knew I was in trouble and needed a cure fast so it was off to Books and Beans to turn that frown upside down and they sure did! Super friendly staff and a nice atmosphere! No complaints here.”

“We hired the venue for a Christmas party for a kids football team and can't recommend enough. Daniel and Lauren were very helpful when booking and organising. Daniel and Holly were there on the day making sure that everything went smoothly. The kids (and adults) all had a great time. I'm sure we'll be back for future events”

“Conveniently located, close to all transport hubs (bus stations, train station), The biggest 2 malls in Aberdeen, the most comfortable modernly designed rooms and the friendliest staff! What else would you ask for! I have lived in Residence Inn for 6 weeks, and i am going back again for an extended stay for business purposes. It feels like home away from home, staff are very helpful, specially Natasha; she made sure all my requests were fulfilled!”

“As airport hotels goes it's a good one it's more relaxed fun hotel but with nice comfortable rooms great facilities and excellent staff. It's ideal if you have an early flight as it's within close proximity to the airport a few mins walk . Having a nice comfortable bar reception area to grab a drink and chill out with a pool table football table and massive chess games . All in all a good one .”

“I almost always order the shirodashi ramen with extra pork belly (my favourite)& pick around with the fresh juices on offer. The food is refreshingly fresh & healthy and the staff super. Wagama is always a delight!”

“I had looked for a restaurant for a nice lunch out for my family and very pleased I chose here. I booked a table in advance and it was great to see our table ready for our arrival. All staff throughout our visit were absolutely amazing and provided excellent customer service. They were all polite, immaculately presented and were a credit to the restaurant. Point to note is it’s not table service. You order at the till then food is taken out to you. There are menus at the table so to save each of us having to go up I asked for some paper and a pen so I could order for everyone at once so wasn’t a issue. We ordered a range of drinks and food and everything was very tasty, good quality and taken to our table very quickly. We had a great table next to the open patio doors so lovely breeze and views as we ate. I have to give the front of house and kitchen staff credit for providing us with a lovely lunch out and can’t wait to return.”

“Good quality clothes, furniture and food! Everything here is good. There is a nice cafe on the 2nd floor too. The toilets are big and clean. You get a good quality selection of cheese here too. Staff are helpful.”

“First time ever being in Smyths. They have such a large selection of Toys and Games. I took my daughter and she was amazed. It is every 3 year olds dream toystore. Everything was very well priced I expected it to be more expensive so it surprised me to see how affordable everything was. The Staff were very friendly and helpful so I will certainly return.”

“Hotel is very good. Room is modern and bed/pillow set are good as well. Breakfast has a lot of different options. Also, the hotel restaurant has some good food, not a lot of options but good. The only thing is the plug on the desk, it does not have space to use a plug adapter (see picture).”

“Its a Premier Inn, so its basic, clean and comfortable - great for an overnight stop on the way somewhere else. Price is reasonable too. Good breakfast restaurant attached to location with cozy pub.”

“Family room was adequate. Beds are up to their boasts and don't dismay. Extra cost for the breakfast is well worth the extra cost. Services were on par with other hotels in these price ranges. Would recommend. Our party Wass a family of 4 and it was for one night”

“Attending Puddleducks has been (and continues to be) a great experience for my child. Always very happy to attend and get involved in the many varied activities throughout the day - both indoor and outdoor. Development has benefited from the guidance of staff and seeing the other children. Staff couldn't be nicer and have a good manner around the children. Very happy and grateful for the care provided.”

“Visited P&J arena and this hotel was a 15 minute walk. Doesn't look much from the outside but room was very clean and very comfy bed. Bar and dining area was quite cosy too.”

“Absolutely every dealing I've had with Student Roost has been excellent. My first born is going to Uni this year and we chose Student Roost. The accommodation is clean, fresh and modern. There are loads of social spaces and the flat and bedroom is roomy. The staff have all been awesome too. Would definitely recommend”

“Lunch catchup with my grown son. Pleasant surroundings with views of the river. Extensive menu and good value offers on 2 or 3 course lunches. Food was tasty and well presented, and hot. Staff were friendly and attentive even though they were busy when we visited, particularly Jane who served us. Jane was so nice, we left feeling great.”
