"Every time i come her the lady in the middle says she is ordering me a bank card but never doesn’t been 3 different occasions. She doesn’t want to help customers it’s obvious she always says her computer is working slow but it’s an excuse."

"I recently stopped by my bank, the Fifth Third Evendale Financial Center at 2998 Cunningham Drive Cincinnati, Ohio 45241. I was greeted by Peggy who helped me cash and deposit a check. She was so professional and helpful. We talked about vacation home mortgages while she took care of my banking needs. I was also helped by Betty. Betty gave me a new checking account card and actually laminated it for me so it would last longer. These little touches mean a lot to me. They both made my banking easier and nicer. The branch is very nice and spacious. It's also very clean. They even have nice plants and a fish on the counter which really enhances the atmosphere of the bank. I want to thank Peggy and Betty again for all their help. Do yourself a favor and open an account or get a mortgage at the Evendale. Fifth Third Financial Center. I'm sure Peggy, Betty and their associates will be able to take care of all your banking needs."

"I have been going to this branch for years. One thing I go there for is to get a roll of quarters and I use to be able to you use the drive thru that is attached to the building but now for whatever reason they closed that window and I can't use tube because it can't handle roll of quarters ,although other 5th 3rds can, so now I have to go inside. I went inside irritated because I thought drive ups were for our convience. After I get quarters the girl says have a nice day but I was upset and didn't reply then the boy who works there also the boy who told me I had to come inside screams Have A Nice Day..I know to irritate me more and it did. Came close to closing my account but I will never enter this branch again."

"Quick and easy location. They seem to be a little slower in the drive-thru whenever I'm there, but its still easy if you want to stay in the car. The best part about this location is Bob, the mortgage guy. He splits his time there and the Woodlawn Kroger location just an fyi. It seems a few of the office people do. But if you need something from a loan officer or the sorts, this location definitely has those people. Bob's great at sitting down and explaining things that you may or may not get about a home loan. He does a great job of "dumbing it down" if you need him too (I'm blond... there I said it). Overall a quick easy in, easy out."
