It turns out that it was one of their staff trying to sell me on additional services like a new credit card. I've never had my personal information used my local branches (especially one I've never been to) in order to spam call. Extremely frustrating and disappointing."

He discriminated against me and while I was watching him ran to share my personal information with other employees. Just go to another location."

"They do NOT accept cash printed from the United States Treasury, which states on every bill "...Legal Tender for all Debits, Public and Private" I needed to make a deposit and they would not accept the cash I withdrew from my bank five minutes before going into this location. Among other things, they would accept a personal check. How is a personal check more secure than cash in hand!? That was one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard. Can someone from Chase answer that question without using the word, policy?"
