Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"I literally spend thousands of dollars renting cars every year from this place, and I'm highly disappointed. I was supposed to pick up a rental at 9 o'clock this morning. I was running late. I called, they told me no problem. They also confirmed my vehicle yesterday at 2 PM. When I get there, they had gave my car to someone else. Here it is one fourteen, and i'm just now getting started.I'd rent it at midsize, s.U.V They put me in a tiny Jeep Compass with wires hanging out of the light. It's filthy on the outside and dirty on the inside while I was there, 3 other people came in and were accommodated because they didn't have what they had originally rented, they did not have to leave for hours. They gave them better vehicles than they had originally rented. When I ask about it, they said, well, you have to have a credit card. I do have a credit card but no one took the time to ask me instead. I was sent on my way to come back at noon. He did try to make it right by putting gas in the tank because it was on empty. But I'm not very happy. This is usually why we go to the barbersville location. Because the one on third avenue in huntington, you can almost guarantee he isn't going to have what you ask for and they're not going to treat you very well, or try to accommodate you in any way they could care less if they get your business or not . And being a platinum member, it does not matter.so i don't, think that it matters how much money you spend , or what level of member you are, because they don't care"

"These folks really delivered for me. Service was prompt and professional, and friendly. Everything was just as agreed upon when I made the reservation a few weeks earlier. Drove away in my rental car feeling comfortable with the entire transaction. Would definitely rent here again when in Huntington."

"Well now changing my review to one star. Set up a $30 transaction on the phone and 2 weeks later my wife has been charged more then $350 dollars. Still not sure why and I sent them a follow up email when they replied to my 2 star review and they never followed up or anything. So just because you see the reply here on google trying to keep looks up doesn’t mean they actually help you. I knew I was going to get screwed over but dang not this bad I’d like some dinner and a refund at this point."

He went above and beyond expectations to make my experience with them a very good and lasting one. I definitely recommend that store because the manager there definitely cares about having satisfied customers."
