"I was looking for a place for a friend to get in out of the weather, but you have to go through something called Harmony House to even be able to get in the shelter! By the time that happens you could freeze to death. I've tried contacting Harmony House, but they don't even answer the phone or return your phone call! I would give this zero Stars if I could! Really bad experience."
