"They will not let you cancel their service even after you sell your home. The owner called and was very pleasant, asking why I was cancelling his service. I explained nd sent a letter with my purchase contract on that home. He thanked me and said he understands he just always calls his customer to make sure they have no issues. I stated no everything has been great. I received a bill 2 days ago 1 month after his call. I call the office speak to Tammy. Very rude nasty she said she recalls getting my letter. After putting me on hold she comes back and says ummm no you cannot cancel you are still under contract. Ok so I will seet my alarm on the house I no longer own and your company will be liable for the police incident reports. Your company cannot make a contract biding when the premise has been sold. . Good luck with this kind of business."
