"Wow. I wasn't expecting to be impressed by a laundromat. But Queen City Laundry was super clean, the attendant was very helpful. I don't use laundromats generally. But my wife and I were expecting company this weekend. I wanted to launder a mattress pad and the blankets, along with doing my regular laundry. My energy-efficient washer would probably have taken a human lifespan to finish all that. The person working there was bustling around, doing loads of laundry, mopping the floors, and helped me figure out the mechanics of the place (the change machine and soap dispenser). While my loads were drying, i had to ask if she owned the place, because her dedication was amazing. It turns out she was the district manager (Marlene?). I hope I got her name right. :). I couldn't believe her dedication to the place. I would go back in a heartbeat."
"What makes this place good is the staff. I stopped in to wash a weighted blanket, full disclosure, I do not use laundry mats very often, so I was completely lost. The very nice attendant assisted my daughter and I with the wash and dry. Very, very helpful. If you ever have a need for a laundry mat, this place is a great option."
