"I took seven articles of vintage clothing, most from the Victorian era, in to be cleaned, whitened and pressed. They had yellowed with age. I was worried about one blouse in particular because it was very delicate material with many tucks. All of the items came back in beautiful condition! I am truly thrilled with the work Widmer’s did on these precious items and highly recommend this service. Note: one item, a child’s white Victorian dress that my daughter wore for her First Communion, could not be fixed due to dry rot that had created tears, but I knew it probably couldn’t be done and the rep at the store was upfront about it, which I appreciated. I tried to add photos but it didn’t work."

My husband is a business man so their shirt service is amazing! Especially when he has out of town trips, getting his shirts folded and boxed really helps for easy packing and wrinkle free shirts for business meetings! He loves the way he suits are cleaned and pants are creased. Did I mention they deliver?! They have forever treated us like family and I love walking in to any location and getting great service! "I had an absolutely terrible experience with Widmer’s Area Rug Cleaners. I entrusted them with 2 large area rugs for professional cleaning, and they managed to ruin one of them. When I finally received my rugs back after 6 weeks—far beyond the promised 2-3 weeks—I was horrified to find bright blue spots all over one of the rugs. When I contacted the company about this issue, they had the audacity to claim that these spots were already there before they took my rugs. This is an outright lie. My rugs were in excellent condition, without any blue spots, before I handed them over for cleaning. The delay in returning my rugs and the blatant dishonesty about the damage they caused are unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering using Widmer’s Cleaners for their area rugs to look elsewhere. Their lack of professionalism, integrity, and care for their customers' belongings is appalling. Do not trust them with your rugs unless you want to risk them being returned in worse condition than when you sent them out."

"I paid 70 dollars to get a 60 dollar dress hemmed. The dress still touches the ground with 4 inch heels on. It’s a nice hem annd the seamstress was really nice. The dress was still in good shape when it was returned, i’m just really disappointed with the hem and have no time to fix it."
