"I am giving two stars because while the place did a nice job, they did lose one of my blazers for work that was from Ann Taylor (which is not cheap) and showed no concern nor did they offer any support. Additionally, I felt their communication was lacking. I was told they would give me a call when my dry cleaning was ready for pickup which never happened. I had to call and ask if my dry cleaning was done a week after they told me it should be ready for pickup. They also did not tell me that only half of my order was ready. So I had to go back again to pick up the rest of my items. Overall, it was a fine experience but there could be better customer service and communication."
