"Would give 0 stars if I could. I should have listened to the other negative reviews, but I brought my suit here to have a makeup smudge cleaned from my collar and decided I might as well have the whole suit cleaned in preparation for a funeral. I picked up the suit and my shirts a couple days before the funeral and let it hang at home before packing for my flight. I should have checked the suit before leaving the store but I figured it was a simple enough routine task and there wouldn’t be any issues, but when I was packing the suit I noticed a hole in the thigh and a deep crease in the other. I reached out to let them know and they told me to come bring them in when I get back and they’ll take care of it for me. The owner took over a week to contact me and when he did, he started trying to tell me I caused the damage to my suit and there is nothing he could do. I was not offered a refund, not even a partial refund. I did not even receive an apology. I would 100% not recommend this dry cleaner and if you must use them take pics of your items before dropping them off."
