"The washers are charging more for water temperatures, then using the wrong temperatures! When brought to the attention of staff, they said there's nothing they can do about it ! So now I have steaming hot dark colors, and ice cold whites ! The issue is still not updated!"

"Laundry, typically, is a special sort of drudgery. Not here. I find that I'm excited knowing that I'll always get a stellar experience. Why? Is it the washing machines which are always ready, unbroken and clean and sanitized after every customer, the clean rest rooms, efficient dryers? Superior Customer Service by Cassandra, the attendant? It's all of the above. I have been to this location 3x. Never disappointed. In fact I've tried others in the area, they shall remain nameless, and the experience with them, in a word, was Dismal. Not here. There's a clear difference The sense of pride, knowledgeability of Cassandra, the attendant, of the machines entrusted to her and her enthusiasm makes for a Superior experience. While in the Queen City, I will use no other for my laundry needs and I suggest that you compare and then come here."
"Stopped in to do laundry late at night! Pretty large and new with many types and sizes of washing machines and dryers. Why I give this place 2 stars is that the employee was SLEEPING ON SHIFT in his chair behind the desk. I wanted to add money to my laundry card and had to wake him up to add the money. It seemed liked I was inconveniencing the staff employee to do his job. When I went to dry my clothes, I noticed the area around the dryers was filthy! The staff employee should NOT be sleeping and should clean up the premises"
