"Omg so I went here once and only once and never ever again. It is in awful condition and located in an area that’s hard to turn directly into. They lock one door for no reason and open another and for no reason. It’s very dirty and the water has a smell to it even after cleaning I didn’t feel my items got clean really. Their dryers barely work and one didn’t have high heat. The lady that was there was nice but I just didn’t like it. I literally went out my way to go to a laundromat that is not as close just to avoid this one and this one is literally up the street from my house. I only have to come due to the type of comforter I have that has to be washed in a front load washer. I suggest going to the one a few miles way up Glenway instead."
"Its a great laundry mat in Price Hill however they need more dryers. I wasn't able to dry my few items I washed because they didn't have any open. They had at least 3 that were out of order. Pretty clean and very pleasant staff."
"Wouldn't be so bad if half of the washer and dryers wasn't out of order and on top of that if people didn't take up all the dryers by leaving clothes in them for hours, and they wonder why people steal their clothes... Other than that, the prices are actually cheaper than most of the ones I been too...!!!"
