"This is the cleanest and nicest laundromat that I have been in! My washing machinre at home was not working so I had to find a place. I have not had to go out to do laundry in a long time. This was my first time here. Machines seem newer and a very friendly staff and made doing laundry a pleasure. Highly recommend!"

"I love this laundromat, I have been coming here since it opened and the washers and dryers are pretty well maintained. It's usually clean, I'm a little nervous that I came in today to find 3 dryers with "out of order" signs, I'm hoping it doesn't turn out like the rest and only have 3-4 functioning washers/dryers. I will say the owners are always sweet and very personable"

"So it is May 22, 2024 and I go into all American laundry facility. It is midnight and all the lights are on the door open and I thought it was 24/7 . Realize that they close it at 11Pm Because when I walked in with my clothes, there was actually about 10 dryers being used and one of the small washers being used I put on my laundry and putting my clothes in the six load washer. I only wash my clothes and then take them to the dryer while I’m there for about 20Mins And then a guy walks in and he is messing with the clothes and the dryers in the washer and he’s there about five minutes and he comes over to me and he says don’t you know we’re closed? I said “no I thought you guys were open 24/7 because the lights are on the doors are open, they aren’t locked and there’s laundry going on in about 10 dryers and one washer that I see right now. So I almost had all my clothes and the one biggest washer and I proceeded to ask him if I could, please just start the washer and be done and he still had stuff going on in his and he had left the building which i know customers aren’t even supposed to leave their clothes in the washer and dryer and leave the facility. Well, he must have been gone for at least an hour because the doors wasn’t locked at midnight when I came through with my clothes and he was very disrespectful and rude. he told me I could not. I had to take my clothes out of the washer made me feel uncomfortable. I have never been treated in such a way that he had treated me. I asked him for his name and he would not give me his name. I just don’t want this done to other women and I think it was very unjust and very unfair the way that he treated me. I really hope something is done about this. "Always seems to be clean the machines seem to work real well and fast would give it 5 stars but I don't like how there is no pricing on washers so it kinda fools you dryers are 5 minutes for a quarter"
