"Luers Construction renovated a farm house for us. It was extensive: Sagging roof. Wall removal. Configuring interior. Replaced clapboard exterior with Hardie Plank siding. Replace porch deck & railing. Electric. Plumbing. etc. , etc. etc. The work took WAY too long (~2 years), cost way too much (~$325k), was so-so quality AND (to add insult to injury) he left work undone that was fully paid for. His business card motto read "Doing God"s Work" or something like that...do NOT believe it and HOLD BACK at least 10% until your punch list is completed."
