Domestic Uniform Rental

"We are a small company. After many years in business we decided we were going to rent towels. We were tired of doing laundry on the weekends with our company rags. Two gentlemen came out. Very knowledgeable. One guy was new but was very professional. Gave us a rate, reduced the terms of the agreement to 2 years. I thought, why not?! Fast forward. We received the wrong towels, not enough number of towels & weeks we were skipped. My business partner & I have complained to the delivery guy & called several times. We talked to several people. Finally we called to cancel the service as I felt they were not fulfilling the agreement. I had the auto pay stopped. Long story short we received a letter for the balance from an attorney. That scared me so we are getting the “minimum” delivered to us weekly. The delivery guys (Brandon) are great. Great conversation. I just don’t think upper management (Ken) is."

"Made same mistake like all other of their customers. Totally unprofessional and always short on things. Delivery driver are rude and most important they never told me its going to be a 3 year agreement (just found out after i talked to them about cancelation). Dont waste your time and money."

"Boy I should had read all of the reviews before I went with this company. Major mistake. I was also scammed into a long contract that I was told was only a 2 year contract that was scratched out by my rep. Funny thing is they charge 28.00 for shop towels and 18.00 for replacement. This amount stays the same every week for years . They say they drop off 300 shop towels that's 3 bundles at 100 per bundle. We've counted your bundles. at times there are 80 and sometimes 90 but rarely ever 100. lol Who is counting the towels ? you charge me the same 18.00 for replacement every week . How is that ever possible ? Now comes the real reason for this bad review , I haven't had service for 2 weeks and I would like to know why I'm being lied to saying they will be here today and never show . This is Very poor customer service. The owner needs to take a very serious look at your management. want my customer number ? I'm not shy 4138 Rt No 430 This is on going poor customer service for the last 3 years or more ."

"Place is a joke. We have had problems with them since the beginning. After we signed the contact the sales lady and her boss started cursing each other and almost got in a fight in out office. Tried to cancel contract then and since the company is owned by lawyers we were unable to get out of our contract. Fast forward to today and we are still having problems. Can't wait until this contract is over!!! Uniforms not clean upon arrival and orders are always messed up. New drivers every couple weeks and very unprofessional."

"Be Very careful of this company. They are Dishonest. Make sure you thoroughly read their contract. They raised my rates from $48.00 to $109.00 in 4 Years. When i asked them why they raised my bill again most recently , The general manager's response was they all got a raise and it has to come from somewhere. That's great professional business. Also the manager said that unfortunately they can't keep all their customers. So they expect me to pay the remainder of the contract in full. Sent me a letter Accusing me of breach of contract and expecting payment within 7 days or they will take further legal action. Dirty Business.Price Gouging. That's My experience with Domestic Uniform."
