My main reason for switching was that I can remote deposit via my business account (something I haven’t been able to find elsewhere), but I’ve stayed bc of the awesome customer service. When I told them on a friday afternoon about a small issue on the app, they not only had it fixed Monday morning, but they called to let me know it was fixed. Then when I deposited my next check, they called to make sure it all ran smoothly for me. Their customer service is second to none. Highly recommend."
