"I arrived at 6 pm and didn't leave until midnight, Why ? 11 trucks lined up waiting on 2 doors. If you can't get drivers in and out in a couple hours then start taking by appointment only. I won't ever come here again"
"0stars : Fcfs sounds good until you see 8 trucks in line for 3 full dock doors and 1 guy to unload(11 trucks). Even if he does 1 truck per hour I’ll be here until midnight. A piece of advice for the management; don’t order so many truck if you don’t have the capacity to receive the freight in a timely manner…."
"I did come to the shipping/rec door. I did greet the security and seems nice. But there was an older white man who I guess he thought his stuff did not stink. I had inquire about the actual loading process and the Google review that was left behind. He's claiming when I must be another Google because we have great positive feedback. My dear, 3.7 stars is not a great feedback....I would say 4.8 to 5 stars is. And another thing learn to live right and below your means your pride is going to get you canned. ( he's one of those types that you can't tell nothing because he's knows it all) This lot is pretty small when you come in but there's also doors in the back where it looks like you can either go through and get a door that's excited but as that guy stated and only takes maybe 20 minutes and it's not 20-minute load. Otherwise it wasn't too bad of experience"
"Had a 12am appointment. Found out it is first come, first served. No overnight parking. The truck stop is about 2 miles away. Check-in is in the front. Unload trailer in back. Paperroll deliveries, all you have to do is drive straight to the back and get unloaded. Sometimes, it's quick, but other times, depending on line. It might be the average 2/3 hours."
"Waiting on a door now 3.5 hrs. They have the nerve to have this sign up as well. No access to food but there is a Porto John … trucker life is officially the pits. If I never come back to this place it’ll be too soon"
