"These people are liers and wanted me to pay a cancelation fee.... 199.00I was never told that by the door to do salesman he also told me it was a four times a year and they came out every 50 days for 160.00. That's is not what I was told.. you are liars..."

"The technicians have always been courteous to us and understanding of our frustration with the frequency of the service. When the sales rep and manager did the door to door sales event in our area we were guaranteed that we would get the basic package once a quarter. It’s every 50 days that they come out. We have contacted our customer service representative multiple times and stated that we do not want our services to be less than 90 days apart. Contract we signed states we can choose anywhere between 50-100 days. Our choice for 90 days has been ignored. Our constant reminder of wanting 90 days between service has not provided any change.. We change our schedule on line and you can only go out 2 weeks and no other options available. Because of the ongoing situation we do not recommend this company."

"First, aggressive door to door sales who don't respect you when you honestly can't afford their service. They lie about what the treatment is capable of and what the treatment will include. The only pest I have issues with is Silverfish. I confirmed several times that they can get rid of those. I confirmed that I wanted all indoor spaces sprayed each time and was told the basement, first floor, second floor, and garage would be treated each time. At the very first treatment and at follow up treatments with other technicians I was told there spray does NOT work for silverfish and they only spray inside if asked each visit and will only spray a problem area. I was told spraying inside was not included. Two technicians gave me a paper like thing for the silverfish to eat, but the first one told me basically they probably won't eat it because there are just too many things they can choose to eat and the sales people shouldn't tell people they can get rid of silverfish. Long story short... I have tried them twice (because I'm stupid) and I still have silverfish. Active is no more effective then I was with my own personal strategy."

"Terrible experience, the door to door sales person I experienced was a liar from the rip. He will say anything to get his commission. Right after he left there was a tech ready to "treat" my house. Seems like he sprayed water everywhere and hung some useless traps up. The only reason I took a chance was to help with mosquitos. Over the course of a few weeks nothing changed. Salesperson said it would be 60.00 a quarter, but the 2nd time the tech came out the price was 159.00 and only a month later. I was then told this was the price each time. Trying to cancel was a nightmare..BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE BAIT AND SWITCH. Read the fine print they will lock you in a contract that you have to buy your way out of."

"Sales rep offered a one time treatment for $50. Assured me at the door I could cancel free of charge if I decide I don’t need the service. Tried to cancel a couple of weeks later, their website doesn’t work when you try to login to cancel. When I called I was informed there is a $200 cancellation fee. Spoke with supervisor and was informed that it doesn’t matter what the rep said, I signed a document at the door and I am required to pay the $200 fee."
