"This place has the worst store hours of anywhere I've ever seen. Closed Monday and Wednesday, open other days from 3pm to 7pm...unless it's not open. The web said it was open and I went there and it was not open. I drove 25 minutes, one way, to a closed store. Ended up spending $150 at Barnes and Noble instead. Yeesh."
"I stopped in today for the first time and was super excited but for the whole 5-10min or so i was browsing the store, the person working did not acknowledge me. No “hi, welcome to manga manga”, no “can i help you with anything?” Etc and did not say anything when I left either. There was no one in the shop but me and the associate. I don’t know if he just assumed I wasn’t coming in to actually shop and spend money or what (I was actually ready to purchase quite a few things) Sucks because they actually have a very good selection but the customer service was lacking. Update: the owner reached out to me to apologize, which was very thoughtful and I was invited to come meet and speak with her. Update 7/13: Went back in today and the owner greeted me before even recognizing who i was. She gave great customer service and was very apologetic for my first experience in the store with another staff member. I really appreciate how she treated me, so i will definitely be back to support"
