"Lexington Blue is super untrustworthy! They take forever to answer and respond to customers needs and concerns and they aren’t ever sure about their production schedule and the amount of time promised for roof installation. One home owner in Greenhills had Gutters installed. The Customer personally spoke to a Lexington Blue Rep in person after the installation and the customer expressed the job was done poorly. The Rep actually reached to the production team and Lexington Blues production manager said the job was done a few months ago and it’s not his problem he wasn’t working here yet. So that customer also had a labor warranty so just goes to show how they take care of their customers. That happened June 2024."
