"I cannot honestly recommend Brian. I presented w a painful hydrocele, which was pretty obvious. But also had complaints of urinary frequency especially at nighttime. I gave a urine sample, but no results were discussed. Without doing a prostate exam he started me on antibiotics. He said my hydrocele was caused from a UTI. WHAT?? Since I am 67, I anticipated a discussion abt possible flomax for my prostate. But antibiotics? It is a typical knee jerk response to prescribe antibiotics from a PA or NP. No wonder we have such issues with antibiotic resistance. Will see an MD for future appts. But not a PA or NP."
