"This place is beautiful and the staff is top notch. All of the employees were nice, friendly, and professional. They explained things to me and didn't get bothered; this was my first visit inside. It was clean, the machines were brightly colored, it was a calm atmosphere, and really chill. I didn't quite understand how to play the games, but an attendant helped me on the game I was on. I only gave it 4 stars because I would like more instructions on the games. Again, I was a brand spanking new gamer. They also give you a $10 credit to get started. I appreciated it because I didn't have to use my own money to test the waters!"

"Do not eat at Cin-City in the casino. I ordered a $60 dollar "prime" 14 oz New York strip. It was definitely not a prime cut, full of gristle and fat (obviously choice) and it was about 1/2" thick probably around 8-10 oz. The baked potato seemed over-microwaved."

"This place was a blast! Very very nice staff.. He sure to tell them it's your first time! $10 to use in the machines.. A real Buckeye nut for Good luck and a very warm welcome! Free soda Gatorade and water at the soda fountain. Several restaurants. Gift shop and they had just added on! Go have some fun! My only suggestion is stop at your bank or ATM before you go. It's not cheap if you wait until you get there! Oh BTW? I'm a few and still won money on the slots!"
