"Hours of operation on Google, as well as the Metro PCS website (for this location), both says they open at 9am. Got here about 8:40am and see store hours posted on the door 10am-8pm. This is a huge issue since I arranged thing's around the 9am time showing online. I have to wait now since it's the only time I've got to do this. However, now I'm going to be extremely late for everything and very behind. I'm very unsatisfied with this location."

"I wanted to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to Jake he was at the metro on Delhi pike,he's originally at the Hamilton location. I went into the store with issues with my service . Instead he made mine and my sons whole day I walked our with 2 new phones and tablets and accessories. We laughed & he was the truth - best experience I've ever had in a phone store , & the best part was he spoke English . So if yall go then that's your guy! Thanks jake"
