"I consider Pure Barre as an investment in my physical and mental health. While it is cliché, this place has changed my life. The workout is challenging but low impact so it is great for fitness beginners and experts alike. Of course, I have to mention the staff—it is one of the best parts of my day to walk in and see their smiling faces (they are all so wonderful) and to be recognized by name and valued before during and after class. Other businesses could learn a lot from this place. Also, if you like incentives and goal-setting/tracking, they have a fabulous app and promotions almost every month."

"Love PureBarre! This studio is ran by an amazing group of women! The instructors are always super encouraging and helpful during class. They make a point to know your name. They always remind the class to be kind to yourself and also grateful to your body for what it did during class that day. All three formats(Classic, Empower, and Reform) are a great, but different, workout. I love how each class is slightly different and I never get bored. I also love how I can book my class times in the PureBarre app. I’ve been going since March and already feel like my strength, balance and endurance have improved. - Stephanie K"
