Welcome to North Quad Fitness Center, your premier destination for health and wellness in Oxford, Ohio. Conveniently located at the north end of campus in the lower level of Martin Dining Hall at 440 Western College Drive, our facility is designed to cater to all your fitness needs.
At North Quad Fitness Center, we offer a comprehensive range of equipment and amenities to support your fitness journey. Our facility features a 4-station barbell rig, a complete circuit of FreeMotion Strength equipment, and a full set of dumbbells. For those who prefer cardio workouts, we provide over 25 options, including treadmills, ellipticals, cross-trainers, rowers, bikes, and ski ergometers.
In addition to individual workouts, our large multi-purpose/group fitness room is available for classes and special reservations, providing a versatile space for a variety of activities. Whether you're looking to join a group class or host a private event, our facility can accommodate your needs.
North Quad Fitness Center is open to all current Rec Center members, ensuring that you have access to top-notch fitness resources as part of your membership. Our commitment to promoting physical, mental, and social well-being is reflected in the diverse programs and services we offer.
For those interested in gymnastics programming or special reservations, Sawyer Hall, located at 751 Western College Drive, is available with two weeks' advanced notice. Similarly, our Western Lodge and WRA Cabin offer unique spaces for gatherings and events, each requiring a two-week reservation notice.
