"This is the second Trane furnace that we had them install. We have to have them out a year ago to fix a flame sensor. We have the same issue again this year. They replaced it again and said it was fixed. Unfortunately we had no heat again that same evening. We called again and they sent a second tech out that told us it was something else. Now Roessner’s is charging us for the first tech’s work that did not fix it and said he spend two hours here, which he did not. In addition to that bill we are getting a second bill for the second tech’s trip to fix it correctly. Probably won’t be calling them again for our next furnace."

"Roessner Energy Products in Coldwater is the go to for all of your HVAC needs. We had an issue with our furnace that was making really odd noises continuously. Called Roessners and they came out the same day to assess our issue. Unfortunately for us, we ultimately needed a new furnace and soon. Dale our service professional was both very professional and courteous in his approach to give us information on why our furnace needed replaced as well as our options for a new one. We were even able to schedule for them to come out the very next day to do the replacement. Their pricing is competitive, they have great customer service, and their technicians we've dealt with are top notch. We will be a lifetime customer of Roessners and I urge you to give them a try too, you won't be disappointed!"
