"First dispensary I've ever been to and it was an awesome experience. Ordered ahead of time on their website which was sweet, huge menu by the way, solid prices- waited in a cool clean open waiting room for maybe 7 minutes, then got brought back to the area where you get your goodies. Guy that helped me was friendly, back area was clean and chill and they were playing Juice Wrld in the background. Great products, got a reasonably priced cart and some flower, both great quality, both super clean tasting and effective. Will definitely be back!"

"As a Ohio medical cannabis patient since 2017 and someone who has purchased medical cannabis in many places worldwide, I believe we deserve far better service than what Columbia Care offers. Unfortunately, this dispensary is a disgrace for medical patients. I recently placed an online order, hoping to give them another chance after my previous disappointing experience. I had previously visited when the dispensary was under different ownership (Strawberry Fields) and, after the change to Columbia Care, I noticed long lines and unfriendly staff. Unfortunately, things haven’t improved. Upon arrival, I handed the guard my ID and informed them that I was a medical patient with an online order. I sat in a very crowded room and waited a few minutes before being called by the host, who asked if I had an online order. After that, I was left waiting again. The host then asked if I had been to the location before. I told him yes, several times, and even offered to provide my medical card or fill out any necessary forms again. He responded that he needed to make a profile for me, which was fine—I was willing to wait. However, instead of creating my profile, he and the guard started discussing iPhone upgrades and sending links for accessories. I waited another 20 minutes, only for him to ask me how many days I had left on my prescription, confirming that he hadn’t made my profile yet and had, instead, been shopping for phones. At this point, I politely asked for my ID back and canceled my order. This dispensary is a complete joke, and I won’t be returning."

"I did an online order and my items were ready for me by the time I was called back to the room. The process was very smooth and efficient. The waiting room was comfortable with plenty of space. Overall, great vibes and highly recommend!"

"I went to this dispensary for the first time yesterday, and it was a great experience! Everyone was so kind and helpful. One of the products I was going to get was out of stock, and Amber spent a lot of time helping me find a similar alternative, and told me about other products that would be helpful for me. I didn’t catch the names of the security guard or the man working the front desk, but they were also super nice and made me feel welcome. Columbia Care is further away than the dispensary I usually go to, but I’d consider going here again anyways because of how great everyone was."

"Ben and Roy were SO very personable while explaining ALL the options and benefits for each item, that I made sure to shop like I was at Costco, rather than Aldi's! Great customer service isn't as common to find, but I certainly found it at this dispensary, from the time I walked in and was introduced to security, to asking questions with Art, at the front counter! See y'all next month!!"
