"I reached out regarding a quote on a older set I have and had a good call initially on the phone. I was directed to an email and was asked to provide photos, then never heard back anything after a few attempts. Even on why they decided to ghost me. I've wanted to visit in person, but with being about 3 hours away, I want to know if it's even worth my time."

"Been two this store twice now. They do have a great selection of used and new sets and prices seem fair. Only gripe I have is the used sets are not complete. Some sets in the used section say used missing mini fig or book or so on. bought 4 used sets from them and two set was missing pieces and none were marked as incomplete. sadly the two sets were missing several pieces. One even had pieces replaced with the same part but wrong color. For the prices you pay for some used sets you would expect them to be complete or noted correctly, Unsure if this business stands by what they sell as they are nearly an hour from me and it’s not a quick drive to go back and see if they would replace the missing parts or not. So when buying used set be prepared for them to only be 90-100 complete even when not noted as so. I will give them another shot but will buy with caution."

"absolutely filthy bathroom. i don’t write many reviews but it’s a hazard to the public to allow people to use your bathroom when it hasn’t been cleaned since the store opened. toilet bowl was literally black and smelled disgusting, trash was overflowing with rotten food, no paper towels, and the “soap” was water in a bottle. it was worse than a frat bathroom."

"Selection was decent with some good prices on sets my family and I were looking for. Unfortunately we weren't greeted when we came in (the store wasn't busy at all.. only had two guests downstairs other than my family, or else we would've understood.) Also not to mention there we're three associations at the counter. one of which was a girl (younger, blonde hair) alking about some very inappropriate things for a toy store. There was a fella who was training a newer employee (context is important). His approach to correcting a mistake that the newer employee had made was unsettling to say the least. He was harsh and didn't even try to help understand what he could do to he could help his new associate. Instead he chose to belittle him in front of us. This was very unfortunate, because I have mostly had pleasant visits to this store.. so I hope on my next visit things are different and more positive."

"I had the pleasure of visiting this place about a week ago from the time of this posting A little bit about me: I've been a LEGO Star Wars collector for on and off 8 years, but heavy collector last two years. I've visited many stores from numerous bricks & minifigs, LEGO events, Atlanta Brick Co. And more... HHH was an fantastic LEGO place, for many different collectors. I am Star Wars, my gf is Harry Potter and we both found things we don't have in our collection. I was impressed with the overall volume of the store, but mostly the very rare and unique or hard to find older LEGO sets. There were a lot of accessories, minifigs, and parts all throughout the store that you can pick out. Many new, used, and repackaged sets. All of the prices were very reasonable If you shop online, the stock is different online, vs what is in store. Keep that as a reminder if you are checking items on the website, the in-store might not have it. I am very impressed with this place, if you like LEGO I highly recommend stopping to this place."
