"I went in to get a new phone and plan and was told by customer service I could keep my number. I went to this location and no matter how many times I said I wanted to keep my original number the guy just kept pushing me to get a new number and iPhone. In the store there were several different iPhones that were listed as free or 50$ , they were older models of course but i didn’t mind. But he kept pushing the iPhones that weren’t free. When I said no I don’t wanna change my number or pay that much for the phone that he suggested he just shrugged and said I’m sorry dear. I went to a different location and was able to keep my number and get the phone I wanted for cheap. I would recommend any other location."
