"5/4/24- this was my first time using Stockyards and the process was flawless. I got the meat back labeled, weighed, and vac-packed. I was impressed with that. I specifically asked for 1-in steaks, summer sausage, and beef sticks. I got everything I asked for, no problems. While I was there I picked up a couple packs of specially brats they sell in-store. I'll add that I'm a retired health inspector so the cleanliness of the facility was a big deal to me. I didn't see any violations so this place is good to go! I'd recommend to family and friends. That's how I found out about the place was from a friend. Go support Andy, he's a good guy."
