"Yet another price increase next month; at least the 4th in two years. At this for a storage unit that is no longer secure. Access codes have been disabled for over two months now. Build doors are wide open at all times basically allowing access with a step stool, and a pair of wire cutters! Property is filthy, with no visable maintenance structure in place. Toilet rarely works; hand towels and soap are few & far between. On site management is un-responsive, and website 'contact us' messages go un-answered. Bring your own cart, because their's suck, if you can ever find one. It may be convenient, but honestly can't recommend storing your posessions here."
"Review UPDATED AUG 14, 2024 Terrible place to do business with. Can never get in past 5 because my code doesn’t work and hasn’t worked since I had a unit here. Keep being told it’s a IT problem but yet I watch other people type their code in and it works. The guy at the front desk couldn’t care less about it. Also the unit is supposed to have air conditioning/heating but all they have is dehumidifiers. Overall this place gets 2/10. Take your business elsewhere. Update: 8/14 Went in to make a payment and have the late fee removed because of all the problems with the doors. Blonde lady at the front desk asked if I was the one putting bad reviews and I said yeah she then said if I don’t like it then I can move out. So disrespectful and the doors still don’t work and still can get in past 5. She claims it’s a IT problem. Doesn’t take 4 months to fix a IT issue so I know she’s a liar or they just got dumb people working for them."
