"Run from these clowns. Beware of their insurance scam. Our insurance covered items that we were charged for. TriState said tough luck. These folks are knuckleheads. Find a different provider. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. If I could leave a negative star review I would. The staff was totally unwilling to do what’s right."

"They started out nice. The lady on the phone told me they had the equipment but my insurance didn't cover it. Iasked how much it was and she told me and said they had what I needed. After getting after the call I researched it online on medicare.gov AND called Medicare to confirm that they do cover it. When I went in and stated it was covered but I would still pay for it, the guy in there got very rude because I challenged him. He said it would only cover a rental. I told him I had confirmed the purchase was covered. He shoved my RX at me and said they didn't have what I needed after the lady just told me on the phone they had it and how much it was. They are very very rude. I can't imagine how they treat the elderly people. I highly recommend if you need medical equipment go to Richmond to Stateline Medical. Do NOT BOTHER WITH TRI STATE."

"My experience with this place has been mixed. If I buy something easy like a wheelchair pad, things are fine. However, if I need something that calls for more than grabbing something off the shelf, that's a different story. I've found that if I am able to access the owner (Jeremy), I will get good service, but otherwise it seems like the rest of the staff are either untrained or there is someone in management who needs to be replaced."

"I would not recommend this business to anyone. I specifically chose them because they were local and were an in-network provider. When we stopped in to get our knee roller, the office manager informed us that insurance would not cover it. We had already met our out of pocket for the year so I knew they would, but she refused to try and made us pay up front. She told me that she would bill our insurance later. I waited for 2 weeks and they still hadn't submitted the claim so I called the insurance and they said they had not received anything from them. So I called and told them I was going to file for reimbursement since they never filed my claim. A week later, I noticed that they had also filed a claim. So our insurance paid them 2 times for the first month and they also sent me a bill for $8 even though I had already paid them in full. When I questioned them about this, they said I should be happy that they only billed me $8 instead of the balance that the insurance did pay. VERY UNETHICAL AND THE OFFICE MANAGER, DIANE, IS VERY RUDE."
