"I qualify for an upgrade. Its cheaper to get it online then in store. They lie to get you to come into the store then tell you that you can not activate your own phone becuase they need to make 35 bucks off you to do it. I came home called corporate and they are pure liars. Horrible service. Just go online to boost for all your needs it will be CHEAPER!"

"All 3 employees were rude, and did not want to help. Instead of trying to do anything remotely helpful they treated my aging Mother like she was ignorant. Wouldn't even pick up her phone and look at it. Hands down the worst service I've ever seen. They all 3 acted like they were annoyed we came into their store. Sorry that's where Boost customer service told us to go, she refuses to even use Boost now."

"I am writing this review on the service itself , I have been with boost for years and never had an issue until lately. I don't get messages until the next day I'm not sure what's going on with the messaging here but I've talked to many people who have already switched from boost and I'm not far behind them. I refuse to pay $140 a month for services that don't even work properly. Something should be done or you guys are going to slowly continue to lose more people."

"Consistently in the worst customer service I've had in Ohio. It's usually a young kid behind the counter with a ridiculous top hat, he doesn't pay attention to details whatsoever. I bought a phone and case from there and asked him if he would mind installing the screen protector and he got a huge hair stuck underneath it. I got home before I realized it and drove all the way back to the store and asked him to put a new case on, and instead, he acted like he opened a new box, attempted to pull out the hair, and failed before putting the same case with the same hair right back on. Then, he made multiple errors in my information including my name and email , so now not only do I not get a notification before my plane runs out, but I also can't reactivate it from my phone because it sends the code to the wrong email address. He said there's nothing he can do to fix any of it, I asked to speak to his boss and apparently he and his mother run the store. For the love of God, DO NOT do business with these people! You'll thanks me."

"Big issues since Boost forced it's customers to switch to their new app. This store didn't seem to really care about my issues. He gave me my phone back and said, " I don't see any problem's". I had to open phone and show him where the problem was and again it was like, I don't know and just gave me a look. The other guy just kept talking and was not listening to my concern about my phone and that I can't use it. Boost took 2 payments out of my account but they can't help with that. I have to call Customer service, wait, wait, wait some more. The gentleman on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful but I was told it would take up to 20 days to reimbursed! What a nightmare, no help, my son finally figured out a solution to help me. If he had not figured it out, I would just have to get a new phone , leave Boost in the dust and move on."
